1 Year Warranty Conditions:

Morenjoy provides a global 1-year warranty on all products from the original purchase date. This policy covers functional issues arising from defects in workmanship or materials. However, it does not extend to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or negligence (human). Unauthorized disassembly or repair will void the warranty.

Products subject to a warranty claim must be returned to the designated Morenjoy Service Center at the customer’s expense for shipping. Claims settled within the 1-year warranty period will result in a replacement with a new product at no cost, with the new warranty period recalculated from the original purchase date.

Please note that we do not offer a refund policy, store credit, or satisfaction guarantee, except for unopened Morenjoy products within 15 days of purchase (refer to the Morenjoy FAQ for details).

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide reasonable evidence that the claim date is within the warranty period and that the device is defective. This commitment serves as an additional safeguard for consumers’ statutory rights and does not affect those rights.

If your product encounters issues after the initial 1-year warranty or if you’ve misplaced your proof of purchase, We are more than happy to offer exchange of new product at a discounted price. Purchase new devices at https://morenjoy.com/ and enjoy a 30% discount. This discount applies to a single purchase, up to a maximum of 5 items per order. When used alongside other discounts or for discounted products, the discount will be calculated at 30% of the non-discounted item price.
